By-Law XVIII Protests

A: Field Condition Protests
Field protest must be made verbally to the referee before the start of the game and in writing, signed by the protesting coach before the second half begins with a copy going to the opposing coach and referee. A formal protest of said conditions must be mailed to the League Arbitrator with a check for $15.00 postmarked within 48 hours of the game with copies to the opposing coach and officiating referee. If the protest is denied, the League will keep the fee. The League Arbitrator shall judge the merits of the petition and notify the appropriate parties of the decision. Failure to follow the above procedure voids the protest.
